We have spent 27 years partnering with the British firm The Woodhouse Partnership Ltd to implement asset management and value-adding decision making processes. We are 100% dedicated to operations in Venezuela, Argentina, and Mexico.

We began working with predictive analytics in 1992, implementing condition monitoring and protection systems for critical equipment—utilizing technologies such as sensors, processors, and monitors for the early detection of faults—in collaboration with IRD Mechanalysis (Columbus, Ohio, USA; Rockwell Automation) and, subsequently in 1995, with CSI Computational Systems Incorporated (Knoxville, Tennessee, USA; Emerson Process Management). In 1995, we began scientifically identifying and eliminating the latent root causes of risks, threats, and operational failures, utilizing the RCA PROACT methodology and software developed by Reliability Center Incorporated—a company established in 1972 and based in Hopewell, Virginia, USA.

In collaboration with the British company TWPL, originator of the Operational Reliability philosophy, we established the first postgraduate program in Industrial Systems Reliability Engineering in the year 2000 at Simón Bolívar University in Caracas, Venezuela, with the support of visionary professors Dr. Frank Kenyery, Dr. Andrés Tremante, and Dr. Rodolfo Milani.
